The Powerspread Dairy manure spreader is available in two models, the Powerspread Dairy 1600 & Powerspread Dairy 2000. Its simple strong design is suited to spread a wide range of solid and liquid farmyard manure and waste.
The principle design uses a full length auger to move the material to the discharge rotor which is located centrally on the right hand side for ease of operation which fragments and spreads the material.
The Powerspread Dairy 1600 has a capacity of 1600 gallons (7.25m³) which is suited for a tractor from 85hp.
The full length auger rotates at 13RPM and brings the material from the front and rear of the machine to the centrally mounted discharge rotor. The hydraulically operated door opens vertically which utilizes the complete width of the discharge rotor. The discharge rotor works at 700 RPM in an overshot direction which allows the Hardox door to act as a shear bar to fragment the material before spreading in an arc away from the side of the machine.

The Powerspread Dairy 2000 has a capacity of 2000 gallons (9m³) which is suited for a tractor from 95hp.

Turning at 13 RPM transfers material from the front & rear to the discharge point. The Auger legs push the material to the rotor.
Hydraulically operated door with vertical opening to utilize the complete rotor width. Its construction is from Hardox steel because the door also acts as a shear bar

These help to prevent slurry or liquids spilling during transport or on uneven ground
The wooden side extensions are used to give the additional capacity from 1600 to 2000 gallons. The wood can easily be replaced if damage occurs by muck forks / grabs
These are also reversible to double the lifespan

Yes the Powerspread Dairy will spread most types of liquid and straw dung
Yes, The Powerspread Dairy is available with an optional “anti bridging arm”. This double arm blots into the left side of the machine opposite the door. A hydraulic ram swings the arm back and forth to keep the material feeding evenly to the door no matter how dry, strawy or fresh.
